Linxuan Tech provides professional computer systems design, computer integrated systems design, and related technical consulting services. The specific scope and terms of services will be defined in individual service agreements.

Specific services will be provided under separate written agreements that detail the scope, timeline, deliverables, and fees.
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of our business relationship. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.
We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards.
Except as expressly stated in a service agreement, our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linxuan Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Linxuan Tech from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
These Terms remain in effect while you use our services. Either party may terminate a service agreement according to the terms specified in that agreement. Certain provisions of these Terms survive termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, through the courts of Haikou City, Hainan Province.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with any service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Linxuan Tech regarding the use of our services.
